SERVICIO NACIONAL DE DERECHOS INTELECTUALES – SENADI
001-2024-DG-NT-SENADI: Suspender el cómputo de plas términos en los trámites que se sustancian en el servicio nacional de derechos intelectuales desde el día 1 de abril hasta el día 1 de abril del 2024, conforme lo dispuesto mediante decreto ejecutivo 226 de 1 de abril de 2024.

FUNCIÓN DE TRANSPARENCIA Y CONTROL
SOCIAL SUPERINTENDENCIA DE COMPETENCIA ECONÓMICA: SCE-DS-2024-17.- se declara la suspensión del cómputo de los términos y plazos dentro de los procedimientos administrativos y procedimientos administrativos sancionadores que se sustancian en los distintos órganos de la Superintendencia de Competencia Económica, durante el jueves 18 y viernes 19 de abril de 2024.

MINISTERIO DE PRODUCCIÓN, COMERCIO EXTERIOR, INVERSIONES Y PESCA
MPCEIP-SC-2024-0075-R: Aprobar y oficializar con el carácter de VOLUNTARIA la Primera Edición de la Norma Técnica Ecuatoriana NTE INEN-ISO 5149-1, Sistemas de refrigeración y bombas de calor — Requisitos de seguridad y ambientales — Parte 1: Definiciones, clasificación y criterios de selección (ISO 5149-1:2014 + AMD.1:2015 + AMD. 2:2021), que especifica los requisitos para la seguridad de las personas y los bienes, proporciona orientación para la protección del medioambiente y establece procedimientos para la operación, mantenimiento y reparación de sistemas de refrigeración y la recuperación de refrigerantes.

CORPORACIÓN DEL SEGURO DE DEPÓSITOS, FONDO DE LIQUIDEZ Y FONDO DE SEGUROS PRIVADO
COSEDE-COSEDE-2024-0035-R.- Confórmese el Comité de Seguridad de la Información de la Corporación del Seguro de Depósitos, Fondo de Liquidez y Fondo de Seguros Privados, como instancia de la gestión institucional que tiene como objetivo, garantizar y facilitar la implementación de las iniciativas de seguridad de la información en la institución; y ser el responsable del control y seguimiento en su aplicación.

MINISTERIO DE PRODUCCIÓN, COMERCIO EXTERIOR, INVERSIONES Y PESCA:
MPCEIP-SC-2024-0079-R.- Aprobar y oficializar con el carácter de VOLUNTARIA el Acuerdo Técnico Ecuatoriano ATE INEN-IWA 37-1, Seguridad, protección y sostenibilidad de las instalaciones y operaciones de cannabis – Parte 1: Requisitos para la seguridad de los edificios, equipos y operaciones de extracción de aceite de cannabis (IWA 37-1:2022, IDT), que especifica un nivel mínimo de protección y seguridad para edificios o partes de ellos que se utilizan para el cultivo comercial, específicos para el procesamiento de plantas y productos de cannabis, así como actividades auxiliares asociadas con plantas y productos de cannabis.

RESOLUCIÓN
INSTITUO ECUATORIANO DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL
Expedir la reforma a la resolución no. C.d. 658 “reglamento de aseguramiento, recaudación y gestión de cartera”. Sustituir el artículo 1 de la Resolución No. C. D. 658 por el siguiente texto: “Art. 164.- Del Acuerdo de Pago Parcial.-EI deudor que registre mora en el pago de aportes, fondos de reserva o responsabilidad patronal en estado de glosas y/o títulos de crédito hasta antes del sorteo, podrá acceder a la suscripción de un Acuerdo de Pago Parcial con plazo desde dos (2) hasta setenta y dos (72) meses, plazos que dependerán del monto de la deuda.

This standard specifies requirements for the safety of people and property, provides guidelines for environmental protection, and establishes procedures for the operation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems and the recovery of refrigerants.

COSEDE-COSEDE-2024-0035-R.- The Information Security Committee of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, Liquidity Fund, and Private Insurance Fund is established as an institutional management body aimed at ensuring and facilitating the implementation of information security initiatives within the institution. It is responsible for overseeing and monitoring their implementation.

MPCEIP-SC-2024-0079-R.- Approve and officially endorse, on a VOLUNTARY basis, the Ecuadorian Technical Agreement ATE INEN-IWA 37-1, Security, Protection, and Sustainability of Cannabis Facilities and Operations – Part 1: Requirements for the security of buildings, equipment, and cannabis oil extraction operations (IWA 37-1:2022, IDT). This agreement specifies a minimum level of protection and security for buildings or parts thereof used for commercial cultivation, specifically for processing cannabis plants and products, as well as auxiliary activities associated with cannabis plants and products.

ECUADORIAN INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SECURITY
To issue the amendment to Resolution No. C.D. 658 «Regulation of Insurance, Collection, and Portfolio Management». Replace Article 1 of Resolution No. C.D. 658 with the following text: «Art. 164.- Partial Payment Agreement. – Debtors who are in arrears in the payment of contributions, reserve funds, or employer responsibility in the state of claims and/or credit titles until before the draw, may access the subscription of a Partial Payment Agreement with a term from two (2) to seventy-two (72) months, terms that will depend on the amount of the debt.
