Este reglamento detalla el procedimiento para determinar la condición de persona refugiada y/o apátrida, y establece, de manera específica y pormenorizada, el accionar de las áreas administrativas del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana a cargo de la determinación de la condición de persona refugiada y/o apátrida.

CONVENIO BÁSICO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO ENTRE EL GOBIERNO DE LA REPÚBLICA DEL ECUADOR Y LA ORGANIZACIÓN NO GUBERNAMENTAL EXTRANJERA “TERRE DES HOMMES – AIDE Á I´ENFANCE DANS LE MONDE-FONDATION”
Establecer los compromisos de obligatorio cumplimiento entre la organización, con el objetivo de desarrollar actividades de cooperación internacional no reembolsable en el Ecuador y el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana.

Humanitarias de carácter temporal denominada
VERHA para ciudadanos afganos, siempre y cuando sean familiares de refugiados reconocidos por el Ecuador, con el fin de que puedan ingresar y permanecer en territorio ecuatoriano para iniciar procedimiento de reunificación familiar. Esta visa, desde la fecha de otorgamiento, tendrá una duración de hasta seis meses no renovables.

AGENCIA NACIONAL DE REGULACIÓN, CONTROL Y VIGILANCIA SANITARIA – ARCSA:
ARCSA-DE-2023-004-AKRG Expídase la actualización de las tasas del laboratorio de referencia de ARCSA, Sustitúyase el texto del artículo 2 de la Resolución Nro. ARCSA-DE2018-019-JCGO, publicada en el Registro Oficial Nro. 353 de 23 de octubre de 2018, a través de la cual se expidió: “El Reglamento para el Cobro de Importes por los Servicios Brindados por la Agencia Nacional de Regulación Control Y Vigilancia Sanitaria – ARCSA a Nivel Nacional”

ARCSA-DE-2023-005-AKRG Expídanse las directrices
para realizar notificaciones al Registro Sanitario de Dispositivos Médicos de Uso Humano, Busca establecer el procedimiento para actualizar la información contenida en el dossier de un dispositivo medico de uso humano, que no modifica su calidad, seguridad y eficacia, esta resolución es de cumplimiento obligatorio para todas las personas naturales y jurídicas, nacionales o extranjeras.

Externo IE-B.4.1-GN-01, versión 3.0, denominado
“Externalización de análisis de alimentos procesados, suplementos alimenticios, alimentos para regímenes especiales y registro de los Organismos Evaluadores de la Conformidad (OEC) en la ARCSA”, Expedir el Instructivo Externo IE-B.4.1-GN-01, versión 3.0, denominado “Externalización de análisis de alimentos procesados, suplementos alimenticios, alimentos para regímenes especiales y registro de los Organismos Evaluadores de la Conformidad (OEC) en la ARCSA”, en aplicación a las directrices estipuladas en la Resolución No. ARCSA-DE-2021-015-AKRG Normativa Técnica Sanitaria para los análisis de control de calidad posregistro o posnotificación de los productos de uso y consumo humano sujetos a control y vigilancia sanitaria.

BASIC OPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ECUADOR AND THE FOREIGN NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION “TERRE DES HOMMES – AIDE Á I´ENFANCE DANS LE MONDE-FONDATION”
Establish mandatory commitments between the organization, with the aim of developing non-reimbursable international cooperation activities in Ecuador, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility.

0000009 be granted an Exceptional Visa for Reasons
Temporary humanitarian aid called VERHA for Afghan citizens, if they are relatives of refugees recognized by Ecuador, so that they can enter and remain in Ecuadorian territory to start the family reunification procedure. This visa, from the date of granting, will have a duration of up to six non-renewable months.

NATIONAL AGENCY FOR REGULATION, CONTROL AND SANITARY SURVEILLANCE – ARCSA:
ARCSA-DE-2023-004-AKRG Issue the update of the ARCSA reference laboratory fees,
Replace the text of article 2 of Resolution No. ARCSA-DE2018-019-JCGO, published in Official Gazette No. 353 of October 23, 2018, through which the following was issued: «The Regulation for the Collection of Fees for the Services Provided by the National Agency for Regulation, Control and Sanitary Surveillance – ARCSA at the National Level”.

ARCSA-DE-2023-005-AKRG Issue the guidelines for making notifications to the Sanitary Registry of Medical Devices for Human Use, It seeks to establish the procedure to update the information contained in the dossier of a medical device for human use, which does not modify its quality, safety and efficacy, this resolution is mandatory for all natural and legal persons, national or foreign.
