SUPERINTENDENCIA DE COMPAÑÍAS, VALORES Y SEGUROS:
SCVC-INC-DNCDN-2022-0008 Expídase el Reglamento sobre los requisitos que deben contener el nombramiento del representante legal y el poder el mandatario mercantil de las compañías. El objetivo de la presente resolución es establecer nuevos requisitos a la hora de presentar el nombramiento del representante legal y el poder del mandatario mercantil, esto para que exista un mejor control a la hora de la inscripción.

SUPERINTENDENCIA DE COMPAÑÍAS, VALORES Y SEGUROS:
SCVS-INC-DNCDN-2022-0009 Expídase el Reglamento para la organización y funcionamiento del Registro de Sociedades. La presente resolución tiene como objetivo actualizar la normativa secundaria para facilitar la interconexión de información digital entre la Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros y otras entidades.

SCVC-INC-DNCDN-2022-0008 Issue the Regulation on the requirements that must contain the appointment of the legal representative and the power of attorney of the commercial agent of the companies. The objective of this resolution is to establish new requirements when presenting the appointment of the legal representative and the power of attorney of the commercial agent, this so that there is better control at the time of registration.

SUPERINTENDENCE OF COMPANIES, SECURITIES, AND INSURANCE:
SCVS-INC-DNCDN-2022-0009 The Regulations for the organization and operation of the Registry of Companies are issued. The objective of this resolution is to update the secondary regulations to facilitate the interconnection of digital information between the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance and other entities.
