159–DIGERCIC-CGAJ-DPyN-2022 Expídanse las disposiciones para la emisión de pasaportes
ordinarios electrónicos con captura manual de datos en el exterior para casos excepcionales, La Dirección General de Registro Civil, Identificación y Cedulación, a través de las unidades competentes, con el fin de implementar el procedimiento establecido en el “Instructivo de emisión de pasaportes ordinarios electrónicos con captura manual en el exterior para casos excepcionales” emitido por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana, podrá aprobar las solicitudes de impresión de pasaportes ordinarios mediante la captura manual de foto, huellas y firma, cuando no sea posible realizar el proceso ordinario de captura biométrica en el sistema SEDIP.

ARCSA-DE-2022-020-AKRG Expídase la reforma parcial a la normativa técnica sanitaria para la obtención del certificado de requerimiento o no de la notificación sanitaria de alimentos procesados, plaguicidas o notificación sanitaria obligatoria de cosméticos y productos higiénicos, y certificado de requerimiento o no de registro sanitario de medicamentos, productos naturales, dispositivos médicos y reactivos bioquímicos, “Normativa técnica sanitaria para la obtención del certificado de requerimiento o no del registro sanitario, notificación sanitaria o notificación sanitaria obligatoria de productos de uso y consumo humano sujetos a control y vigilancia de la Agencia Nacional de Regulación, Control y Vigilancia Sanitaria – ARCSA, Doctor Leopoldo Izquierda Pérez.”

ARCSA-DE-2022-016-AKRG Expídase la normativa técnica sanitaria sustitutiva para alimentos procesados, plantas procesadoras, establecimientos de distribución, comercialización y transporte de alimentos procesados y de alimentación colectiva, Establecer las condiciones de buenas prácticas de manufactura para plantas procesadoras de alimentos; así como los requisitos que deben cumplir los procesos de fabricación, producción, elaboración, preparación, envasado, empacado, maquila, transporte, almacenamiento, importación, distribución y comercialización de alimentos procesados para consumo humano.

ARCSA-DE-2023-001-AKRG Expídase la normativa
técnica sanitaria sustitutiva para otorgar el permiso de funcionamiento sanitario a los establecimientos sujetos a control y vigilancia sanitaria, con excepción de los establecimientos de servicios de salud, Categorizar, codificar y establecer los requisitos que los establecimientos sujetos a control y vigilancia sanitaria deben cumplir, previo a la emisión del permiso de funcionamiento sanitario por parte de la Autoridad Sanitaria Nacional, a través de la Agencia Nacional de Regulación, Control y Vigilancia Sanitaria – ARCSA, Doctor Leopoldo Izquierda Pérez; sin perjuicio de los demás requisitos que consten en las normas que rigen para cada tipo de producto o servicio prestado por los establecimientos sujetos a control y vigilancia sanitaria, que son competencia de la Agencia.

SUPERINTENDENCIA DE COMPAÑÍAS, VALORES Y SEGUROS
SCVS-INAF-DNF-2023-00000086 Dispóngase la contribución que las compañías y otras entidades, deben pagar para el año 2023, la contribución estará de conformidad con lo que establece el inciso tercero del artículo 449 de la ley de compañías será de acuerdo con lo especificado en la tabla dentro de este suplemento, en el caso de las empresas estatales privadas o mixtas organizadas como personas jurídicas que operan en El País la contribución para la Superintendencia de compañías valores y seguros se calculará tomando como base los activos reales que dichas empresas tengan registrados o declarados y que se reflejen en sus estados financieros presentados a esta institución.

The General Directorate of Civil Registry, Identification and Documentation, through the competent units, in order to implement the procedure established in the «Instructions for the issuance of ordinary electronic passports with manual capture abroad for exceptional cases» issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility, may approve requests for printing ordinary passports by manually capturing photos, fingerprints and signatures, when it is not possible to carry out the ordinary biometric capture process in the SEDIP system.

ARCSA-DE-2023-001-AKRG Issue the substitute sanitary technical regulations to grant the sanitary operating permit to establishments subject to sanitary control and surveillance, except for health service establishments. Categorize, codify and establish the requirements that establishments subject to sanitary control and surveillance must comply with, prior to the issuance of the sanitary operating permit by the National Health Authority, through the National Agency for Sanitary Regulation, Control and Surveillance – ARCSA, Doctor Leopoldo Izquierda Pérez; without prejudice to the other requirements that appear in the rules that govern each type of product or service provided by establishments subject to sanitary control and surveillance, which are the responsibility of the Agency.

SUPERINTENDENCY OF COMPANIES, VALUES AND INSURANCE
SCVS-INAF-DNF-2023-00000086 Order the contribution that companies and other entities must pay for the year 2023. The contribution will be in accordance with what is established in the third paragraph of article 449 of the company law, it will be in accordance with what is specified in the table within this supplement, in the case of private or mixed state companies organized as legal entities that operate In El País, the contribution for the Superintendence of securities and insurance companies will be calculated based on the real assets that said companies have registered or declared and that are reflected in their financial statements presented to this institution.
