AGENCIA NACIONAL DE REGULACIÓN, CONTROL Y VIGILANCIA SANITARIA- ARCSA:
ARCSA-DE-2022-012-AKRG Expídase la normativa técnica sanitaria para el funcionamiento de farmacias y botiquines privados a nivel nacional, control de expendio y dispensación de medicamentos, y atención farmacéutica.
Establecer los requisitos para la emisión del permiso de funcionamiento a farmacias y botiquines privados; realizar el control y la vigilancia sanitaria de estos establecimientos a nivel nacional; controlar la dispensación y expendio de medicamentos en las farmacias y botiquines privados, haciendo énfasis en el control de antimicrobianos y controlar que el precio de venta de medicamentos que se expendan no sea mayor al autorizado por el Consejo Nacional de Fijación y Revisión de Precios de Medicamentos de Uso y Consumo Humano.

004-2022-DG-NI-SENADI Expídase el Reglamento para la delegación de competencias y asignación de atribuciones y responsabilidades
El objeto del presente Instrumento legal es establecer un régimen jurídico de administración interna del Servicio Nacional de Derechos Intelectuales – SENADI, que determine Responsables de los distintos procesos institucionales, además de delegar competencias y atribuciones que, por motivos de mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia en la gestión institucional, requieran depositarse en distintos servidores del SENADI.

Establecer los compromisos de obligatorio cumplimiento entre la Organización no Gubernamental Extranjera “ISLAND CONSERVATION”, que desarrolla actividades de cooperación internacional no reembolsable en el Ecuador, y el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana.

NATIONAL REGULATION AGENCY, SANITARY CONTROL AND SURVEILLANCE- ARCSA:
ARCSA-DE-2022-012-AKRG Issue the regulations sanitary technique for operation of pharmacies and private medicine cabinets at the national, control of sale and dispensation of medications, and pharmaceutical care.
Establish the requirements for the issuance of the operating permit to pharmacies and private medicine cabinets; carry out the control and sanitary surveillance of these establishments at the national level; control the dispensing and sale of medicines in pharmacies and private medicine cabinets, emphasizing the control of antimicrobials and control that the sale price of medicines that are sold is not higher than that authorized by the National Council for the Fixing and Review of Medicine Prices of Human Use and Consumption.

NATIONAL SERVICE OF INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS – SENADI
004-2022-DG-NI-SENADI Issue the Regulation for the delegation of powers and assignment of powers and responsibilities
The purpose of this legal instrument is to establish a legal regime for the internal administration of the National Service for Intellectual Rights – SENADI, which determines the Responsible Parties for the different institutional processes, in addition to delegating powers and attributions that, for reasons of improving efficiency and effectiveness in the institutional management, require deposit in different SENADI servers.
