CBF-MREMH-2021-016 Convenio básico de funcionamiento entre el Gobierno de la república del Ecuador y la Organización No Gubernamental Extranjera “Ret International”. El objeto de este convenio es establecer los compromisos de obligatorio cumplimiento entre la Organización no Gubernamental Extranjera RET INTERNATIONAL, la cual desarrolla actividades de cooperación internacional no reembolsable en el Ecuador, y el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana.

AGENCIA NACIONAL DE REGULACIÓN, CONTROL Y VIGILANCIA SANITARIA. ARCSA
ARCSA-DE-2021-004-JPFJ Expídase el Instructivo Externo IE-B.4.1-GN-01, versión 1, Directrices para el registro de los organismos evaluadores de la conformidad (OEC). El instructivo tiene como objetivo indicar a los organismos evaluadores de conformidad, reconocidos por el Servicio de Acreditación Ecuatoriana, los requisitos y procedimiento para su registro en la ARCSA. Esto con la finalidad de realizar análisis de control de calidad posregistro o posnotificación de los productos de uso y consumo humano.

AGENCIA NACIONAL DE REGULACIÓN, CONTROL Y VIGILANCIA SANITARIA. ARCSA
ARCSA-DE-2021-001-JPFJ expídase el instructivo externo IE-B.3.2.1-MED-02, versión 2, Criterios y requisitos para demostrar bioequivalencia y biodisponibilidad, en los medicamentos de uso y consumo humano. El instructivo tiene como objetivo dar a conocer al usuario externo de forma clara los criterios y requisitos para demostrar bioequivalencia y biodisponibilidad, en los medicamentos de uso y consumo humano.

PRESIDENCIA DE LA REPÚBLICA
Se reduce progresivamente la tarifa del Impuesto a la Salida de Divisas en un cuarto de punto porcentual (0.25) por trimestre durante el 2022, hasta llegar a una tasa del 4%. Esta resolución tiene como objetivo reducir progresivamente la tarifa del Impuesto a la Salida de Divisas.
- Primera reducción: 01 de enero de 2022
- Segunda reducción: 01 de abril de 2022
- Tercera reducción: 01 de julio de 2022
- Cuarta reducción: 01 de octubre de 2022

CBF-MREMH-2021-016 Basic operating agreement between the Government of the Republic of Ecuador and the Foreign Non-Governmental Organization “Ret International”. The purpose of this agreement is to establish binding commitments between the Foreign Non-Governmental Organization RET INTERNATIONAL, which carries out non-reimbursable international cooperation activities in Ecuador, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility.

NATIONAL AGENCY FOR REGULATION, CONTROL AND SANITARY SURVEILLANCE-ARCSA (acronym in Spanish)
ARCSA-DE-2021-004-JPFJ Issue the External Instructions IE-B.4.1-GN-01, version 1, Guidelines for the registration of conformity assessment bodies (OEC). The purpose of the instructions is to indicate to the conformity assessment bodies, recognized by the Ecuadorian Accreditation Service, the requirements and procedure for their registration in the ARCSA. This to carry out post-registration or post-notification quality control analysis of products for human use and consumption

NATIONAL AGENCY FOR REGULATION, CONTROL AND SANITARY SURVEILLANCE-ARCSA (acronym in Spanish)
ARCSA-DE-2021-001-JPFJ issue the external instructions IE-B.3.2.1-MED-02, version 2, Criteria, and requirements to demonstrate bioequivalence and bioavailability, in medicines for human use and consumption. The purpose of the instructions is to make the external user clearly aware of the criteria and requirements to demonstrate bioequivalence and bioavailability, in medicines for human use and consumption.

EXECUTIVE FUNCTION
PRESIDENCY OF THE REPUBLIC
The rate of the Foreign Currency Outflow Tax is progressively reduced by a quarter of a percentage point (0.25) per quarter during 2022, until it reaches a rate of 4%. The objective of this resolution is to progressively reduce the rate of the Tax on Foreign Currency Outflow.
- First reduction: January 1, 2022
- Second reduction: April 1, 2022
- Third reduction: July 1, 2022
- Fourth reduction: October 1, 2022
