Se ha expedido el reglamento para la adquisición de pasajes aéreos nacionales e internacionales del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana mediante el uso del fondo rotativo, para regular así la asignación, liquidación, cierre y devolución de saldos del fondo rotativo y el procedimiento de adquisición de los pasajes para los desplazamientos oficiales y cumplimiento de los servicios institucionales de autoridades, servidoras, servidores provenientes de compromisos del Ministerio, con el fin de así cumplir con eficiencia los objetivos institucionales conforme la normativa vigente.

LA JUNTA DE POLÍTICA Y REGULACIÓN MONETARIA
Nro. JPRM-2025-001-G
En la presente resolución se aprueban los estados financieros auditados del Banco Central del Ecuador correspondientes al período del 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2024, junto con sus respectivas notas. Se dispone que el Banco Central del Ecuador publique en su página web institucional los estados financieros aprobados, sus notas y la opinión del auditor externo. La resolución entra en vigencia desde su fecha de expedición, sin perjuicio de su publicación en el Registro Oficial. La Secretaría General del Banco Central del Ecuador será responsable de la publicación en la página web institucional. La resolución fue emitida el 27 de febrero de 2025 en el Distrito Metropolitano de Quito.

Esta resolución autoriza la comisión de servicios al exterior con sueldo a los servidores policiales de nivel directivo que asistirán al “Seminario de Liderazgo”, a realizarse en Washington, Estados Unidos, del 23 al 28 de febrero de 2025. Los servidores autorizados son: el Grado Iñiguez Sotomayor Fausto Patricio, con cédula No. 1102815881 de la unidad NOPERA-DGIN-DNA-DIREC, y el Mayor Vega Castillo Jaime Roberto, con cédula No. 1002686861 de la unidad NOPERA-DGIN-UN-ULCO-JEFA. Se dispone que, en un plazo máximo de cinco días posteriores a la finalización de la comisión, los asistentes presenten un informe de la misión con los resultados obtenidos al Despacho de la Máxima Autoridad del Ministerio del Interior, al Despacho del Comandante General de la Policía Nacional, y a la Dirección Nacional de Administración de Talento Humano para su debido registro. La Comandancia General de la Policía Nacional será la encargada de ejecutar esta resolución. El presente acto administrativo entra en vigencia desde su suscripción, sin perjuicio de su publicación en el Registro Oficial y en la Orden General de la Policía Nacional.

The regulation for the acquisition of domestic and international airline tickets by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility has been issued using the revolving fund. This regulation aims to govern the allocation, settlement, closure, and reimbursement of balances of the revolving fund, as well as the procedure for acquiring tickets for official travel and the fulfilment of institutional duties by authorities and public servants arising from the Ministry’s commitments, to efficiently achieve institutional objectives in accordance with the applicable regulations.

THE MONETARY POLICY AND REGULATION BOARD

This resolution approves the audited financial statements of the Central Bank of Ecuador for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024, along with their respective notes. It is hereby ordered that the Central Bank of Ecuador publish the approved financial statements, their notes, and the external auditor’s opinion on its institutional website. This resolution shall enter into force as of its date of issuance, without prejudice to its publication in the Official Register. The General Secretariat of the Central Bank of Ecuador shall be responsible for the publication on the institutional website. The resolution was issued on February 27, 2025, in the Metropolitan District of Quito.

MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR

This resolution authorizes the overseas service commission with salary for police officers at the executive level who will attend the «Leadership Seminar,» to be held in Washington, D.C., United States, from February 23 to 28, 2025. The authorized officers are: Mr. Fausto Patricio Iñiguez Sotomayor, with ID No. 1102815881 from the NOPERA-DGIN-DNA-DIREC unit, and Major Jaime Roberto Vega Castillo, with ID No. 1002686861 from the NOPERA-DGIN-UN-ULCO-JEFA unit. It is ordered that, within a maximum of five days following the completion of the commission, the participants submit a mission report detailing the results achieved to the Office of the Minister of the Interior, the Office of the General Commander of the National Police, and the National Directorate of Human Talent Administration for proper registration. The National Police Command will be responsible for implementing this resolution. This administrative act shall take effect upon its signing, without prejudice to its publication in the Official Register and in the General Order of the National Police.
