SUPERINTENDENCIA DE ECONOMÍA POPULAR Y SOLIDARIA
SEPS-IGT-INSESF-INSEPS-INR INGINT-2024-0038.- Expídese la Norma de control para la calificación y supervisión de las organizaciones y compañías de servicios auxiliares del sector financiero popular y solidario: La aplicación de la presente norma comprende a las organizaciones de la economía popular y solidaria y a las personas jurídicas no financieras constituidas como sociedades anónimas o compañías de responsabilidad limitada que presten servicios auxiliares, en adelante compañías; así como a las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito, asociaciones mutualistas de ahorro y crédito para la vivienda y cajas centrales, en adelante denominadas como “entidad” o “entidades”.

MEM-VEER-2023-0006-AM.- Las empresas eléctricas distribuidoras en el ámbito de sus competencias deberán coordinar y ejecutar las acciones necesarias para instar a las todas las entidades públicas que se encuentren dentro de su área de prestación del servicio de energía eléctrica y en la Categoría General establecida en el Pliego Tarifario del Servicio Público de Energía Eléctrica (SPEE), que corresponden a instituciones del sector público o del Estado seccional, regional y nacional, para que se implementen medidas de ahorro de energía eléctrica.

SEPS-IGT-INSESF-INSEPS-INR INGINT-2024-0038.- Norm of control issued for the qualification and supervision of auxiliary service organizations and companies in the popular and solidarity financial sector: The application of this regulation encompasses organizations of the popular and solidarity economy, as well as non-financial legal entities formed as anonymous societies or limited liability companies providing auxiliary services, hereinafter referred to as «companies»; as well as savings and credit cooperatives, mutual savings and credit associations for housing, and central banks, hereinafter referred to as «entity» or «entities».
