02-2022-DG-NI-SENADI Refórmese el Manual de procesos para la elaboración y publicación de gaceta de propiedad intelectual. El presente documento servirá como normativa interna para el manejo de este proceso por parte de los Servidores de la Dirección Nacional de Propiedad Industrial, Dirección Nacional de Obtenciones Vegetales, y, Unidad de Gestión de Desarrollo Tecnológico del Servicio Nacional de Derechos Intelectuales.

003-2022-DGI- SENADI Expídase el Reglamento para la delegación de competencias y asignación de atribuciones y responsabilidades. El objeto del siguiente reglamento es establecer un régimen jurídico de administración interna del Servicio Nacional de Derechos Intelectuales, este reglamento determina responsables de los distintos procesos, además de delegar competencias y atribuciones.

MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES Y MOVILIDAD HUMANA
Tratado de extradición entre el Gobierno de la República del Ecuador y el Gobierno de la República de Italia. El presente tratado tiene como objeto el poder conseguir mediante la conclusión de un acuerdo bilateral que se establezca una acción común en materia de extradición. Cada Estado contratante se compromete a extraditar al otro, a las personas que se encuentren en su territorio, y que sean buscadas por el Estado Requirente.

02-2022-DG-NI-SENADI Reform the Manual of processes for the preparation and publication of an intellectual property gazette. This document will serve as internal regulations for the management of this process by the Servants of the National Directorate of Industrial Property, the National Directorate of New Plant Varieties, and the Technological Development Management Unit of the National Intellectual Rights Service.

003-2022-DGI- SENADI Issue the Regulation for the delegation of powers and assignment of powers and responsibilities. The purpose of the following regulation is to establish a legal system of internal administration of the National Service of Intellectual Rights, this regulation determines those responsible for the different processes, in addition to delegating competences and attributions.

MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND HUMAN MOBILITY
Extradition Treaty between the Government of the Republic of Ecuador and the Government of the Republic of Italy. 1The purpose of this treaty is to be able to achieve, through the conclusion of a bilateral agreement, the establishment of a common action in matters of extradition. Each contracting State undertakes to extradite the other, the persons who are in its territory, and who are sought by the Requesting State.
